The wrong way to be healthy

Now as with everything in life there are two sides to everything and healthy eating/fitness is no objection to that case, there are many ways in which you can lose weight that are good for your body and your mind, but with every good there is also a bad, yes there is a bad way that you can lose weight, yes you might see results but I promise you you're  not doing your body any good. Now first I will start off on a nice note about a good way to lose weight, basically eat within your daily calorie amount (reduce it by 100 or 200 if needed) and exercise more than you have done in the past, basic stuff really work more than you used to and your body will adapt. This is by far the best way to lose weight as you are not shocking your body into anything which is wrong.



Now onto a bad point, The BAD way to lose weight, over the past couple of weeks I have been seeing a few things promoting eating very little calories a day, obviously we can all see why this is wrong, I have always said this, undereating is just as bad as overeating, I think people seem to think it is better because it loses you weight and thats ultimately what people want, but I am here to say that you are doing yourself more bad then good, the real point that should be made is the your body needs energy to actually go through the process of burning fat, and eating little to no calories means that you will not be doing that or supplying your body with what's needed to get this process started!

Through hard work and determination will you achieve your fitness and weight loss goal so keep going people eventually you'll get there, ignore what other people say about you focus on yourself and you'll be alright!
